Having trouble accessing your login information? If you are having trouble with your User ID, Password, or Pin, you can either email MITS at: MITS_Access_Support@jfs.ohio.gov or call ODJFS at (800) 686-1516.

To search for or obtain your Prior Authorization Number, sign into your MITS account and go to the Prior Authorization tab as displayed below:



Add Rhino Bill As Your MITS Agent:

1. Log into your MITS account (https://portal.ohmits.com/Public/Default.aspx)
2. Under the Account Tab go to Agent Maintenance.
   1. Read the agreement and select the checkbox to proceed.
   
   
3. Click Add Agent
   
   
4. Click the Search button next to the Username field.
5. Type "rhino1" in the Username field and click Search.
   
   
6. Click anywhere in the row to add us to the Maintenance Panel.
   
   
7. Press the double left facing arrows to assign us all available roles.
   
   
8. Press Submit and you're done!
